NEWS AND MUSE December 2007
Well, here we are at the end of another year. I trust that the Christmas season brought you all that you would wish for. Now we’ll all have to lose the extra pounds the good times bring.
I sometimes wonder why it is that weight goes on so easily and comes off hard. I’m researching this at the moment with my trainer, Jim. He has peeled off about 10 kilos in about three weeks. He has given me the diet and I will let you know how effective it is.
To news; I have been working on an e-book to share with you. I thought of calling it The HOWCANI book of answers for all the questions you didn’t ask or were not told the answer to. It’s a bit long and unwieldy. I’d welcome any suggestion as to a name.
Let me tell you a little about it. What we do is analyse a question, such as, HowCanI be [tag-tec]self disciplined[/tag-tec]? We have come up with a clear picture of not only what discipline is, but how it is administered in the society and what strategies will help you [tag-tec]gain more control[/tag-tec] over your life. That will be one chapter.
Another question is HowCanI [tag-tec]establish rapport[/tag-tec] and develop relationships. This is a terrific subject and I am excited about sharing the HowCanI approach to this most vexing subject.
I hope to have it ready in January for release by, at the latest, February. It will be inexpensive and a great guidebook for enhancing your life and the lives of others.

I will hold off publication to include anything you wish to know about. If it turns out there are a number of subjects you wish to know about we can always publish a second e-book later in the year.
